WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

All items are handmade and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).

Standard Shipping USPS First Class Mail: 3 to 10 Mailing Days

Priority Mail Upgrade: 2 to 3 Mailing Days

Express Mail Upgrade: 1 to 2 Mailing Days

International Shipping: 14 to 30 Mailing Days on average

 

DELIVERY TIMES are estimated and may take longer on rare occasions.Mailing days do not include Sundays or Holidays. This is in addition to my 1-3 business days for processing, as each item is handmade to order.

TRACKING INFORMATION is sent directly to your email and you should be able to track your package right to your doorstep. Sometimes USPS tracking is not updated in a timely manner, this does not mean that your package is not being processed. Please have patience during this time and contact me if you have any concerns.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING- If you are in need of your item by a certain date, please let me know. I will make every effort to expedite your processing time for you, and help you to select the best shipping option so your package will make it in time for your event.

ADDRESSES- Please make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly BEFORE submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to ship all packages as soon as possible to get them delivered to our customers quickly. Please note that if you have made an error and notify us after we have shipped it, the package will be returned to us and can be reshipped to you, for an additional shipping charge. USPS does not reship the item again without charging another shipping fee.

I understand that unfortunate events can and do happen with the post office. I am here to help you try and recover your package and offer suggestions. Please keep in mind that once your package is mailed, I have no control over postal deliveries or times. All USPS mail shipments within the United States will be considered lost if they have not scanned as delivered, after 15 business days per the USPS website. I will work with you and want nothing more than for you to be a happy customer!

  

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Your business is greatly appreciated and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from me! If for any reason if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will gladly arrange returns and exchanges for you.

Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days from mailing date. Please make sure the item that you wish to return or exchange is in the same condition that it was purchased. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the item you shipped back and is received. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Personalized items and custom orders are FINAL SALE. Only exception is if the mistake was made on our end.

 

TAX

Florida State residents will be charged 6% for Florida State Sales Tax.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All jewelry comes packaged and ready for gift giving! If you would like me to include a gift enclosure tag with a short message on it, please let me know at checkout. You may ship your item directly to your intended recipient, just put their address in the “ship to” box on the checkout page and make me a note in the “personalized instructions” box.
